Evidence presented at the American Transplant Congress (ATC) held in San Diego.

Jochmans et al presented an abstract showing that high renal resistance is associated with high rates of DGF and poor graft survival in the 336 kidneys from the Machine Perfusion Trial. The pre-transplant information on renal resistance available to surgeons using the LifePort Kidney Transporter is valuable in helping clinicians make decisions regarding the choice of recipient and immunosuppressive regime.
