Kelley, Clinical and Technical Advisor

Before I joined Organ Recovery Systems last September as a Clinical and Technical Advisor, I was a Surgical Recovery Specialist in kidney and research organs at LifeSource, which is where I met ORS team members. The more I talked to them, the more I realized my background would make me a great fit for the Clinical and Technical Advisor role.

I have spent most of my career in healthcare. Although coming to ORS was a significant career change, it was a great opportunity to incorporate my passion for teaching people. When considering my next career move, I knew I wanted to continue working in the organ donation field as I love working with heroes every day; taking part in any aspect of that makes me feel like I’m doing good in this world.

The people I work with at ORS are fantastic – everyone wants me to succeed in my role. I feel constantly supported and very fortunate to be part of this team.

Outside of work, I love being a mom; raising my son has been one of my greatest achievements. And now that my son is grown up, I’m discovering myself again which is both fun and exciting.
