Che-heibe, Manager, LifePort Presevation Center

I started with Organ Recovery Systems in 2021, but I have been working with the LifePort® Kidney Transporter since 2006. I became familiar with the LifePort Kidney Transporter while working at an Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) in New Jersey where I trained my staff to use the device. At Organ Recovery Systems, my position started as Clinical and Technical Advisor but has since evolved to LifePort Preservation Center Manager. I enjoy meeting new people from all over the country and teaching them about organ preservation and LifePort products.

I have dedicated my life to healthcare, a passion that first started when I was a boy scout. I was eager to earn my first aid merit badge and always wanted to become a paramedic and help take care of people.

Throughout my time working in healthcare, I have found that working with families and taking care of their loved ones during these difficult times could be tough, but it means everything knowing that we honored the families wishes.
