Amy, Medical Science Liaison

Based out of Shavano Park, Texas, I have spent most of my career in the transplant industry. While working with living donors in the past, I gained a profound respect for them. These are people willing to make a noble sacrifice for others.

Prior to joining Organ Recovery Systems as a Medical Science Liaison last April, I worked as a Nurse Practitioner for Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant in San Antonio, Texas. As a Medical Science Liaison, I primarily act as an expert scientific advisor connecting Organ Recovery Systems to the transplant community. A key aspect of my role is to understand the science behind our LifePort devices and how they enhance and improve organ transplantation.

Outside of work, I enjoy the challenge of cooking and baking a variety of different recipes that require patience. Something I’m most proud of is that my husband and I rescued both of our dogs. A random fact about me is that I hate cheese.
