James, Senior Vice President, Operations and R&D

I recently joined Organ Recovery Systems as Senior Vice President of Operations and R&D, where I am responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization. I was drawn to ORS by the opportunity to work alongside a talented team committed to expanding the impact of its mission—honoring the donor’s gift by improving and saving more lives through organ transplantation.

This mission is deeply personal to me. My family and I have a long-standing connection to the transplant community, and I’m grateful to be in a position where I can contribute to an industry that provides people with a second chance at life.

Prior to joining ORS, I worked as an executive business consultant, following a career spanning product research and development, operations, medical device development, and business leadership. My time outside of work is full of family, music, sports, mountain biking, boating and fishing on the North Carolina coast.
