Before joining ORS in 2014, I worked as an Organ Preservation Team Leader at LiveOnNY. During LKT training, I saw how well the ORS team collaborated and treated me as a client, which made me say to myself, “I could work there.”
Upon joining ORS, I spent 8 years as a Clinical and Technical Advisor; now, I’m proud to manage the CTA team. I love working with my group and sharing our product knowledge with our clients. I’ve always enjoyed working in the transplant industry. My time at LiveOnNY and ORS has allowed me to witness the miracle of transplant from donor to recipient. Seeing donor families in times of great loss and – at the other end of the spectrum – extremely appreciative recipient families, has changed me as a person.
I feel grateful to be doing what I love at a company that gives me flexibility to spend time with my family. Our device helps honor the donor’s gift by allowing better preservation of the organ; that is what makes me exceptionally proud to work for ORS.
