Dani, Manager, Learning and Development

With a background in hospitality training and a passion for the medical field, I was thrilled to join Organ Recovery Systems as Learning and Development Manager.

Throughout my seven years here, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed teaching, learning, and evolving with both the company and the industry. I’m most proud of our Client Community learning platform; accessed via our website, it offers LifePort device training courses to our clients and provides an opportunity to earn continuing education hours.

As my experience in the organ donation field increases, I feel fortunate to bear witness to its life-changing impacts. My horizons have broadened, and I know my work makes an impact in a field that I am passionate about.

Outside of ORS, my greatest achievement is raising my two great children. I enjoy staying active, as well as baking and reading historical fiction and fantasy novels.
